I Did Everything Business Teaches You to Do — and It Worked, Only It Didn't.
I’ve built businesses, scaled them, helped sell them. I’ve designed products, pitched from stages, hired, fired, made and lost millions. And in parallel, I was holding down a part-time job no one could see — trying to outrun anxiety, fear, and the loop of start-stop-start again. Trying to figure out why I was paralysed by the idea of being seen. And then I’d wake up, get dressed, and go to work to deliver one heck of a performance. From the outside, I looked the part. On the inside, I was anything but.
Circa 2019, I would see something no strategy, sales playbook, or mindset shift could hope to compete with — a window into the role of our nervous system. 80% of our ability to lead, sell, scale, or connect is shaped by nervous system state. When we're dysregulated, things get messy. When a business is dysregulated, things fall apart. I spent the next five years in deep study and integration — not just learning polyvagal theory, neurobiology, and 12+ modalities, but using them to rebuild how I lead, grow, and serve.
Today, I’m fluent in all things business growth, brand positioning, and thought leadership — and equally fluent in the biology that makes real leadership sustainable. I now help leaders and practitioners restore and expand business regulation — by working with you, your leadership and your business growth as a whole ecosystem. My mission is to support an army of nervous system-informed practitioners bringing regulated leadership into corporate systems, spaces, and decision-making rooms.
